According to Chandi Modak, owner of Bengali Hotel, the special taste here attracts the customers to this place again and again. The beginning and success journey of Bengali Hotel
Chandi Modak founded Bengali Hotel in 2009. His hotel was named ‘Bengali Hotel’ because both he and his kitchen master are from Purulia in West Bengal. Chandi says that the Kachori made at his place has ‘Bengali taste’ which makes it different from other places. The customers also like the potato-gram curry served with their crispy kachori.

Special recipe and secret of great taste
Chandi Modak tells that she has a special recipe for making crispy kachodi. First, the sattu is roasted well and then the flour is softened by kneading it with lukewarm water. After filling Sattu in 20 kg of flour, it is prepared by rolling it into a round shape. After this, these kachoris are fried in hot oil and served with aloo matar sabzi.

Rich taste and quality for just Rs 7
Apart from Kachori, the menu of Bengali hotel also includes Samosa and Chaat. Every namkeen here is available at just Rs 7 per piece, and the price of full plate chaat is Rs 25 while half plate chaat is available for just Rs 15. This hotel is extremely popular among the people of Bokaro due to its great taste and quality at affordable prices.
